Qualitative Specialist
Gina Rossi
Gina is our qualitative specialist, skilled at designing
creative solutions to unlock the consumer insights that help
clients develop powerful marketing strategies. With over 12 years'
experience in market research and branding, Gina brings to the team
a strong background in research focused on the retail sector with
specific experience in: customer profiling and attitudinal
segmentation, new product development and testing, campaign and
brand evaluation, brand positioning, category management, and
shopper behavior at fixture.
Gina's has had a brand strategic role with Laura
Ashley UK and conducted research for blue chip clients such
Sainsbury's, Samsung, McDonalds, Mattel, 3M, and House of
Travel.
She has a Business degree in Marketing and Management from
AUT.

Andrew Zhu
Andrew is our brand tracking expert. He comes to us after many
years working for a multi-national research organization where he
was heavily involved in delivering on cross cultural, multi-country
brand tracking surveys. He brings to the role a unique blend
of practical experience, academic thinking and strong
technical skills.
His sector experience includes: fuels and lubricants,
insurance, banking, telecommunications, rural, energy, and
automotive.
Social and Evaluation Research Expert
Dr Pam Oliver
Pam has extensive experience in social and evaluation
research and community development, extending over the past 25
years. She has a PhD in psychology from the University of Auckland,
and a law degree from the Queensland University of Technology.
She has undertaken more than 100 major research and evaluation
projects for public sector, private sector and community
organisations, much of it working in Māori, Pacific and
multicultural communities.
Pam is a registered psychologist. She is a past Convenor and
board member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Evaluation
Association (anzea). She is also a member of the
New Zealand Association of Social Science Researchers and the
European Evaluation Society.
